We blanket pad, shrink-wrap and crate our products, to ensure all our products during shipping. Our packing methods are at the top of the line to prevent any damage and ship without damage. Specialty Woods ships with the best top-notch Freight Companies with operation ratings. Specialty Woods selects freight carries based on rates – carrier availability. Specialty Woods shipping crates are built from (7 ply-plywood) material with steel edge clips. Strong enough to withstand any sort of impact that may take place during the shipping. These crates are large and very heavy, based on the size and weight of the product determines the size of the crate. We recommend a loading dock, a pallet jack, or a fork-lift to ensure safety during the time of delivery. Dock to dock delivery. Some customers chose to have their custom products shipped to a local Office Furniture Installer company. They can help you with office furniture set-up installation for you.

Please note: That over-sized goods, which is (10′ and larger,) for example, if your custom conference table (over 48″ wide) may be a challenge to move through doorways. This means that the Product may not fit into your elevator, stairwell, and hallway, or desired space. It’s the Customers responsibility to ensure that the Product Orders can be delivered to your location and moved into the final office spot.
